With cutting edge technology in the hands of patients it was important for us to convey the effectiveness of the betterOp platform helping patients prepare and recover from their procedures. This is an added benefit to the medical professionals allowing them better communication with the patient, rather than using antiquated brochures or printed handouts and hoping the patient is following guidelines.
After a thorough discovery meeting, SE learned that when people go through a medical procedure it isn’t always clear what they should expect or how to prepare. This can lead to anxiety, concern, and misunderstandings by the patient. betterOp is solving this problem by providing a platform where patients can learn about their procedures and be texted per-tenant information from their overseeing medical professional.
